Residual oxygen content of < 0.5 % at full machine speed
In the past few years, Grunwald engineers have developed technical solutions to meet the growing demands of the food industry. Our latest innovation: a new MAP (Modified atmosphere packaging) procedure that revolutionises the sealing of cups.

This new gas injection system works without evacuation! At full machine speed (up to 42 cycles/min.), a residual oxygen content of less than 0.5 % can be achieved, whether filling pumpable or NON-pumpable products.
And what is the result? The freshness and quality of the products is maintained, unwanted product discolouration belongs to the past and new recipes with less or no preservatives are feasible due to minimal residual oxygen in the cup.

GRUNWALD-ROTARY cup filling machines that are used in our customers’ productions show a consistently low residual oxygen content of < 0.5 % in the cups and achieve impressive performances:
• 2-lane cup fillers with up to 5,000 cups/hour
• 4-lane cup fillers with up to 10,000 cups/hour
Further information is available in our special edition "GRUNWALD's Milestones for the Food Industry".
This new MAP procedure is available on our Rotary and Linear machines, contact us today to see how this technology can help improve your production lines.
