Types

These are some of the packaging formats Grunwald Machines can fill seal and lid.

Pots & Cups

10g to 1kg pots and cups with wet or dry filling, sealed with either pre cut foils and laminated seals, or cut from a sheet on a reel. Ideally suited for nested pots or cups for a fully automated system running up to 50,000 units per hour.

Pots & Cups with Lid

The same as normal sealed pots and cups but with an extra lid on top of the seal. These can also include a sauce or utensil placement between the seal and the lid when closed on the machine.

Buckets

1kg to 20kg buckets with wet or dry filling. Up to 1,800 buckets per hour, filled, sealed and lidded. Buckets with handles need to be nested to take advantage of a fully automated packaging storage and loading system.

Tubs

These cover the sizes between cups, pots and buckets but light enough not to need handles. Larger pack sizes for general consumers or catering supplies with wet or dry filing, sealed or lidded or both.

Multi Packs

Commonly used for yoghurts and deserts with either the same flavours or a mix of flavours in each individual pot. These can be 2x2 or 2x6 supplied nested for a fully automated system.

Shaped pots & Tubs

Frequently used for butters, spreads, cream cheese and deli salads. Filling up to 50,000 units per hour, with the option of seals, lids and liners. Packaging needs to be nestable for the benefit of fully automated packaging storage and refilling.
